Contributors list is not updated

Hello,

I am having the same issue in #23227 and #23966 in one of my repositories sshirahmad/GCRL. I have removed commits of other authors but the contributor list in the front page of my repository is not updated. Although, the contribution insights is correct; there should be only @sshirahmad and @zahrag. Could you please help me with this issue?
