I’m seeing a strange visibility issue with a repository.

• The repository is set to Public
• I am the owner and can access it normally
• I can push and pull via Git without issues
• There are no warnings or banners on my account or repository
• However, unauthenticated users and other accounts get a hard 404

Repository URL:

Verification:

• Incognito browser → 404
• curl -I https://github.com/Shreyas-Sarkar/library-backend → HTTP/2 404
• Logged-in owner view works normally

This does not appear to be a repo setting, authentication issue, or local Git problem.
It looks like the repository may be shadow-hidden or under an internal visibility restriction.

Has anyone seen this before, and how can public visibility be restored?
I tried contacting support and it seems they suspended my account and I am unable to reach support via otp verification or form as neither is going through.

I am a student and a lot of my projects are through github. Please help me out.
