My account is restricted because of the email, I have been asked to replace the email in #4114005 and we did. But ever since nothing is happening. Tried to create another ticket, but then it says I have hit a rate limit (knowingly I have created only one ticket so far). This is frustrating not getting response for days!!!

I would appreciate if anyone from github can help.
