ImageGlass locks up when opening image files in Windows 11

1️⃣ Steps to reproduce

1. ImageGlass will randomly lock up when opening an image file with File Explorer.

2️⃣ Actual behavior

1. This is a new Windows 11 installation (about 2 weeks old).
2. When ImageGlass locks up, it can't be terminated with Windows Task Manager. Sometimes the only way to close ImageGlass when locked up is to reboot the PC, though it can sometimes be terminated after dozens of attempts to close the ImageGlass window from the task bar.
3. There are no events logged in the Windows Event Viewer when the ImageGlass lockup occurs.
4. This issue also occurs when installing the previous version of ImageGlass (v9.3.2.520 64-bit)

3️⃣ Expected behavior

ImageGlass should open image files without the app locking up.
