Check Spelling requires two-factor authentication with any of the following methods:
• Authenticator app
• GitHub Mobile
• Security Keys
• Passkeys
Only secure 2FA methods are allowed. Please remove SMS if configured as it is not considered secure.

The title should say:

-Check Spelling requires two-factor authentication
+Check Spelling requires two-factor authentication and forbids insecure two-factor authentication

The user in question does have "two-factor authentication" (it just happens to include an insecure form)
