Account blocks triggered by suspicious activity typically need to go through GitHub support since you can't self-serve your way back in if you're fully locked out. Head to https://support.github.com while logged out (or use a different browser/incognito) and submit a request. Choose "Account security" or "Account suspension/access" as the topic. They'll ask for your username and email to verify ownership. If you got an email from GitHub when the block happened, there's usually an appeal link in it. Check that email first, it's the fastest path back. On the Loveable side: once you have your GitHub account back, go to Settings > Applications > Authorized OAuth Apps and revoke Loveable's access from there. You can also check Settings > Applications > GitHub Apps if it was installed as an App rather than OAuth. That severs the connection on GitHub's end regardless of what Loveable shows on their side. The "connected multiple accounts" part is probably what triggered the suspicious activity flag. GitHub looks for patterns that suggest account sharing or automated access. Once support reinstates you, they may ask you to review and clean up your authorized apps. If you haven't heard back from support within a couple of days, reply to the ticket to bump it up. |

Hi @baponegobal, This community is managed by GitHub employees, but it is not a support forum. The only place to go for answers to account-specific questions like this one is opening a ticket on our Support page. This is a public forum, and the community is unable to assist with nor escalate your ticket, but we can assure you it is in the right place. It will be answered in the order it was received based on our team's resources and the amount of tickets ahead of yours. As no other Community Discussions team members will be able to provide additional help with account related questions I am going to close this discussion. We appreciate your understanding! |
