Hi everyone,

Can someone help me i have the same billing information
I got the transcript from my college that includes the college name my name my personal is number but its in Georgian language is there anything i can do maybe manual verification from support via email?

Hey, yeah this can be a bit tricky.

If your transcript has all the required details (your name, college name, ID, etc.), the main issue is probably just the language. Most automated systems don’t handle non-English documents very well, so it can get rejected even if everything is valid.

You’ve got a couple of options:

One thing you can try is uploading a translated version of the document. It doesn’t always have to be an official translation, but it should clearly show the same details in English alongside the original.

If that doesn’t work, your best bet is to contact support directly. Manual verification is definitely possible in cases like this, especially when the document is legitimate but not in English. When you reach out, include:

your original document
a translated version (if you have one)
a short explanation of the situation

That usually makes it easier for them to review it without going back and forth.
